We want to ensure that all of the suppliers attending get the most of their experience on the day so please ensure you read our handy guide which lists all of the information you will need both in the run up to the event and the showcase itself.
Supplying Information Once you have confirmed your booking you will be asked to supply your contact details, your logo, copy for the directory and your social media links.

1800 hrs Exhibitors Vacate
Venue Access Warwick Racecourse will allow exhibitors to have direct access to the marquee for the purpose of loading and unloading and you will be directed by Racecourse Staff upon arrival at the main entrance (Bread and Meat Close). Exhibitor Parking is now in the car park to the right of the marquee - IN THE GRAVEL AREA ONLY. Please do not park in the marked bays here as this is required for Jockeys and Trainers. All Exhibitor vehicles must be off site and parked in the allocated parking location by 1115 hrs.
Buyers Parking (to the right of the main entrance)
Exhibitors can unload in the front of the Pavillion marquee then park ON THE GRAVEL AREA ONLY of the car park just past it.
(Warwickshire Food & Drink Showcase)
Exhibitors can enter the Racecourse via the main entrance from 0900hrs and drive down to the marquee (yellow arrows).
Blue Badge & Disabled Bay Parking There is disabled bay parking at both carparks. For the buyers' carpark it is clearly marked. For the Exhibitors' carpark please check with a Steward so they can direct you to the best place.
Electrical Supply If you need your stand to be near to an electrical socket, please ensure that you confirm this at the time of your booking. Any electrical equipment such as extension leads need to be PAT Tested. An engineer will be on site and may do spot checks. The Raceourse can't provide Extension cables.
Toilets The nearest toilets are located to the left of the marquee. Handwashing facilities can be found here or in the catering areas behind the demo kitchen & stage.
Lunch & Refreshments There will be complimentary Coffee & Cakes as part of the Q&A session at 1230 hrs Tthere are food vendors on site, as part of the race day where you can buy lunch. These are not in the marquee but we will be on hand to babysit a stand if you need to leave for any reason.
Complimentary Wifi This is available for free at the Racecourse.
Fire Evacuation There is no planned fire drill on the Raceday so any Fire Alarm sounds you hear will be real and you will need to evacuate through the nearest marked entrance. In the event of any emergency please follow the instructions of the Racecourse.
